Soup
We use local, fresh, organic ingredients where possible. Our soups are always wheat-free, meat-free & dairy-free. Served with our own focaccia bread. Some of our favourites include: Tomato Basil with a dollop of Pesto Goat Cheese, Roasted Red Pepper & Chickpea, Zucchini & Cilantro, Roasted Mushroom, Squash & Ginger, and Curried Cauliflower.

Made fresh to order every Saturday & Sunday until 3pm. Two Belgian-inspired waffles served with fresh fruit, Pavia’s fruit compote, whipped cream, and Nova Scotia maple syrup.
