When PAVIA opened in 2011, we committed to baking everything from scratch. Now, over 8 years later, we try to keep getting better! We make everything in our bakery in Herring Cove and use the best ingredients we can source. All of the sugar, cocoa, coconut, and chocolate used in our sweets are organic and fair trade. We also only use free-range eggs.
Have a morning meeting? Our scones, muffins, and fruit skewers are sure to please! A lunch meeting? Your group will love our selection of cookies, cupcakes, squares & brownies.
Need a custom cupcake? Our cup cakes are pretty amazing. Our talented bakers will make something that is sure to wow your guests!

Our bakers make everything from scratch using butter, flour, organic sugar, and free-range eggs from Coldspring Farms. We can also prepare beautifully presented sweets trays. The following are available as individual pieces or can be ordered by the dozen:
