PAVIA Gallery is a project-based gallery that offers viewers 3-4 individually curated projects per year within their space at PAVIA in Herring Cove. These exhibits feature an established or senior visual artist and, at times, are paired with an academic/expert on a particular subject.
We pursue the advancement of visual arts through these exhibitions and also present lectures that encourage dialogue to further understand what the artist is communicating in their artistic practice.
We offer small and exceptional viewing platforms that create an engaging space for our artists to use. It allows the public to be immersed amongst the artwork in our café setting, but also provides collectors with a relaxing space to interact, contemplate, and examine the works.
The gallery aspect of PAVIA Gallery - Espresso Bar & Cafe is currently under the direction of Christopher Webb.
