Locally sourced ingredients are used to create this fresh, market salad.
Quinoa Salad
Quinoa with roasted sweet potato, dried cranberries, kale, and almonds, tossed in a poached apple and tarragon vinaigrette.

We use local, fresh, organic ingredients where possible. Our soups are always gluten-sensitive and vegan-friendly. Served with our own whole wheat bread. Some of our favourites include: Tomato Basil, Sweet Potato & Maple, Roasted Mushroom, and Curried Cauliflower.
All of our Panini are served on artisanal focaccia bread. We can substitute with gluten-free bread at your request.
