Pavia will officially open its doors at the new Halifax Central Library on Saturday, December 13th at 10am. Once the ribbon is cut it will begin regular operations. The first floor will be open 7 days a week from 7 am to 9pm where the 5th floor PAVIA will be open during the Central Library Hours.
